Google Presentation
To create a Google Presentation you must navigate (sign-in) to your Google Docs Account. Click on the "Create New" tab and scroll down to "Presentation". A new file will open. It will be very similar to creating a PowerPoint file. To embed your presentation for others to edit you must click on the "Share" tab (top right) and select "Publish and Embed". A new page will open and give you the embed code. Copy that code>go back to your wiki page>select the Widget option>other HTML>paste the embed code. The gray widegt icon will appear>click on save>the Google presentation will appear on the page!

Directions for others to access and edit the Presentation
Click on the menu tab at the right bottom corner of the slide share>click on the Using Technology to Enchance Tiered Instruction link> this will bring you to the actual Google Presentation page where this slide show is shared and can be edited (how coooooooooool is that!). When you arrive at the slide share home page click on Actions>scroll down to Edit>click. This will open a new page where you now will be able to edit the presentation by adding a slide and your information. The tools are very similar to those found when using PowerPoint. Click on Insert>scroll to New Slide>click>a slide layout box will appear>click on blank. Once you have created your new slide you can begin to add your information. To do this click on Insert and depending on what you want to add to your slide you would click on the appropriate option- ie. text, video, image, etc. Please be aware that when inserting an image you have to have saved your image to your computer. Add a text box to add (type) your text and your image will appear on the page and you will be able to rezise and move the image. When you are done make sure you Save your additions by either going to File>save or click on the Save & close tab on the top right side of the presentation. Thanks! Since this presentation is embedded in the wiki your changes will automatically be changed on the wiki!
If you have a Google Account you can sign-in to your account so others will know who edited the slide. The sign-in option will be on the top right corner of the page.
